Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply when you install or use Sic Bo Stat Master (“the app”). If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app. They are written in English.

The app is published by Manav Arora, an individual developer based in New Delhi, India (“we”, “us”).

What the app is

Study three-dice probability using the mathematics of all 216 outcomes. Record rolls, compare session frequencies, and explore probability and house-edge information offline.

The app is an educational statistics and study tool. It does not offer real-money gambling. It does not accept deposits, hold balances or connect to a casino. Its only payment is the optional subscription described below.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18, or the age of adulthood where you live if that is higher. By using the app you confirm that you are. Laws differ between countries, so please check yours. Use the app only where the law allows it. You are responsible for following the laws of your country, and the rules of any venue or service you use alongside the app.

No promise of any outcome

The app’s session statistics come from results you enter or choose to import. Any call, signal or suggestion it shows is worked out from past results, and past results do not tell you what will happen next. The app does not guarantee any outcome. It is not financial, legal or gambling advice. Please do not rely on it for any decision involving money. You alone decide what you do with anything the app shows, and you are responsible for those decisions.

Figures in the app can be wrong, for example if a result is entered or read incorrectly. Check imported results before you save them.

Free use and Premium

You can use the app for free, with a limited daily allowance shown in the app. Premium is an optional subscription that removes that limit. What is included and the current price are shown before you buy.

A paid subscription gives you Premium only while Google Play confirms that it is paid and active. If the app cannot get that confirmation, Premium may pause until it can. A refund, a revoked purchase, or a failed or paused payment ends Premium. We may change the free allowance in a later version.

Billing, cancelling and refunds

Your purchase is made with Google Play, which takes the payment. We never see your card or bank details. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.

You can cancel at any time in your subscription settings in Google Play. Do this at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Premium then stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Please ask Google Play for any refund. It handles refunds under its own policies and the law of your country. We are not obliged to give a refund ourselves unless the law requires it. If a price changes, the store tells you first as its rules require.

Your data

Your sessions are kept mainly on your device, so deleting the app or clearing its data can remove them. Where the app has an export, use it to keep a copy. You are responsible for what you enter or import, and for having the right to use it. The privacy policy explains what data leaves your device and why.

Fair use

The app is licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use. It is not sold to you. We keep all rights in the app, its design and its content.

Please do not copy, resell or modify the app, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows that. Do not try to get around the free limit, the subscription checks or the app’s security. As far as the law allows, we may limit or end your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken or the app is being abused. In that case we owe no refund unless the law or the store’s rules require one. You may stop using the app at any time.

Ideas and feedback

If you send us an idea, suggestion or feedback, including an idea for a new mode, we may use it freely and without paying you or owing you anything. We try to answer support messages, but we do not promise a reply time.

Changes to the app

We may update, change or stop offering the app or any feature, including the study modes and what Premium includes. Some features need an internet connection and may not always be available. If a change does not suit you, you can cancel your subscription in the store at any time.

Liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we give no warranty that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost money, profit or data, for any loss from a decision you make using the app, or for events outside our reasonable control, including an outage or decision of a store, network or other service provider. As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

As far as the law allows, you agree to cover any loss, claim or cost we face because you broke these terms or the law while using the app.

Your legal rights stay yours. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the consumer law of your country gives you and that cannot be excluded. That includes liability for fraud, or for death or injury caused by negligence.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may be able to bring a claim there. Please contact us first, so we can try to sort it out.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The newest version is always on this page, with its date at the top. If you keep using the app after a change, the new version applies.

Other terms

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. You cannot transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer the app and these terms to someone else, and that does not reduce your legal rights. If these terms are ever translated, the English version takes priority as far as the law allows.
